Pathetic Middelburg Mpumalanga post office branch

Have been struggling with Middelburg Mpumalanga's Post office since April to get keys for post box already paid, after numerous complaints and communications with Sampie, I still haven't received any response or updates on when will I get keys for post box. Why do you pay to get a post box but you are being told the post office doesn't have money to make keys for post boxes? Pathetic services
