Pathetic & Extremely Poot service- NO Batho Pele Principle

Staff at Mokopane stands around chit chatting with their mates whilst the queue for collection of parcels services 1 person for over 30 minutes. Old people can’t rven get priority service whilst people are just standing around doing nothing. The personnel is not even helping with direction of which queues are for which services. Extremely poor service it’s pathetic. What happened to Batho Pele principles
