PATHETIC EXPEDITED MAIL SERVICE!!

Never in my life have I experienced such PATHETIC service I have had a package sent from the USA via expedited mail service that left the USA on the 5th May from Portland to San Francisco and via Zurich and still made it here by the 16th May it is now the 2 June and my package has been from OR Tambo to a mail centre called Witpos then to Kibler park Post Office (which is miles away from Northriding) where it is supposed to be delivered, it has now gone back to OR Tambo Mail centre????? NOBODY on any of your numbers EVER answers a phone including Northriding Post Office I urge anyone to try yourselves, we drive to the Post Office to be told that they only answer a phone when someone is in the office whilst we look over the counter and hear the phone ringing, while someone sits in the very same office on his ass doing nothing!!! But no we cant answer the phone!! You are costing me money for not doing your jobs!!!!! Can someone please let me know where on this earth my package is so I can go and collect it if need be! I'm not holding my breath for a response either as that would be completely against the South African Post Offices way of doing business
