Pathetic Delays at SA Post Office

I am hardbroken with the delays i have experienced via post office SA. My brother sent me a letter from the USA on the 14th of January 2019 fastforward to 1 April 2019 there is absolutely nothing. The letter had no tracking number. Have bern checking my letter box everyday for long now. I have gone to my nearest post office and nothing was fruitful. Even shipping a car from Japan to SA is faster than sending just a letter!!! Its disheartening to say the least
