Pathetic customer service - SA Post office

On the 23rd Oct 2015 my mom sent me a parcel to Jhb. she was advised that it will be delivered within 4 working days. For the past 2 weeks i have been tracing it on line & realized that there has been no update from the 28th October. The status advises its in transit. I have been trying to call all the numbers provided on their website. Holding on for 15 minutes on the average, some numbers simply don't wring or r engaged constantly. I finally resorted to sending an email. After reading all the disturbing experiences on the site, i am certain that i will not receive a response to my email. HELP ME PLS.
