Pathetic Customer Service

Arrived at the Post Office just after 9:00 this morning, with a line nearly outside the door. Stood in the same spot for more than an hour, all this whilst staff are walking around like zombies with ten ton weight shackled to their feet. 8 cubicles but only three are open to help customers. The three that are open seems to think their customers have the whole day to stand in the post office with nowhere else to be. This is a service that is being delivered. A service that your employees are paid to deliver. If you are paid to deliver a service then you should do it as efficiently and fast as you are humanly capable of doing it. I received slips for my parcels saying this was my final notice to retrieve my parcels before it's sent back but I hadn't even receive slips in the first place. This is the worst service I've come across in a while. Might as well just close shop.
