PASSING THE BLAME ON

I logged a complaint before regarding the fact I sent a parcel which was biltong and I get a response the perishables should not be sent yet the Post Office did not state this fact also they advise that parcel takes 2 days to reach destination mine took many months just to get from Cape Town to Gauteng and this was due to the fact that post office was on strike which when i was inside the post office they did not advise that post office was on strike so its not the matter of the fact that i sent biltong its the fact that my parcel took months to reach its destination. If i had sent biltong and it was there within 2 days and then product was bad then that is understandalbe and would be totally my fault not when the post office took months in sending my parcel to where it should have went to
