Park South Post Office - Poor Service

Had to go to the Park South Post office in Vanderbijlpark this afternoon. The security guard was there with sanitiser. I asked where I can go to pick up a package. I had to stand in the q behind the Sassa people. Last time at least I could go to a separate q. The staff members laugh in your face. I asked to see the manager and she turned her head while I was trying to explain the situation. She told me to fall in line, could not give me a decent answer why things have changed. The security guard kept glaring at me the entire time. There was a separate line for the people who came to renew their licenses. Elderly people that have to stand in a q, while the security guard sits on a chair. When they get to the front, they get the smug comment that they do not have all the required documents. Why are customers treated like *******.... They have no working phone number
