Park south post office

Have been waiting 4 months for my parcel and everytime I go back to this post office they tell me to wait until next week monday. She said she refuses to look though all the parcels for me. She pointed her finger at me and said im lying when i told her i have tried to call them multiple times regarding my package. Today i lost it and swore at her. Im sick of driving an hour out of my town to go to this post office. Why was my parcel even delivered there i dont know. But this post office is absolutely disgusting and the service is horrible too.
