Parcels that have arrived in country 2 weeks ago but there is no update since then

<p>I am really disappointed, i have two parcels that i cannot track once it has been shipped from the respective countries.</p> <p>The first one was shipped last month and shows that it arrived in SA on the 13/10/16, however there has been no progress locally - RS ********** 49NL</p> <p>The other one was shipped 2 weeks ago, and i have requested that it be checked under my name but no one is able to assist me.</p> <p>This is very frustrating as this is money spent and i have no idea where it is and whether or not i will actually receive, not because of the shipper but because of the post office.</p>
