Parcels stuck at WITSPOS HUB, where are they?

Please help me track down parcels stuck at WITSPOS (HUB) and KRUGERSDORP (HUB), they show they are in transit but one parcel shows in transit since the 12th of March 2018, the other since the 19th of March 2018 and two more. Previous parcels didn't go to the WITSPOS hub but directly to my local HUB (POTCHEFSTROOM), why did this happen?
