Parcels stuck at Witpos Hub

Tracking Numbers RJ112588***ZA; CN017388***ZA; CN017388***ZA Has been at the Hub since August 2020 And when I call Witpos Branch they just pick up and drop the phone in my ear. This is poor workmanship to be honest.
