Parcels stuck at the SAPOST sorting center for 26 days!!!

I have 3 parcels that arrived in SA since the 16th June, and 18 june. Nearly 26 days later the status I get on tracking software is the date it arrived in SA. I have been to the post office to track and they cannot see these parcels in their system. I have tried to call the post office several times now many different branches and I don’t get anyone answering the phone. The service at the post office is the lowest grade. Is there anything that can be done!
