Parcels stuck at the hub!!!!

My parcels are stuck somewhere since August 2018. I have phoned and of course no-one answers. I have sent e-mails, still no reply. So now I am trying hellopeter. My tracking numbers as follows: RU ********** 53GB this one is stuck at Incoming International JHB INT Mail Centre Hub since 24 September 2018. (Royal Mail) UC ********** 03US this one goodness knows where posted in August 2018 via USPS This is relly not on, the fact that nobody responds even worse!!!!
