PARCELS STUCK AT JIMC

I have two parcels that are stuck at JIMC, one was sent to customs on the 28 July 2017 at 11:49 and the other one was sent on the 15 August 2017 to customs and I still haven't received these parcels, I am not winnning with the call centre. Can someone assist me at SAPO.
