Parcels stuck at JHB International Mail Centre

Three of my parcels have been stuck at JHB Mail Centre now since the 14th of January and I have received absolutely no communication from SAPO regarding the status of my parcels.

I really need these parcels and I can't wait much longer. Please tell me what I can do to just get them as soon as possible.
