Parcels stuck at Hub

Hi<br> <br> Please help me, i cannot get an answer from the call centre. Two parcels are stuck at the hubs and not moving according to your tracking site. I need to know whats going on. Is the post office still working?<br> <br> TC***ZA<br> PE***ZA
