Parcels stuck at Germiston hub

I had couried two boxes through SAPO to the Halfway House Midrand Post office. I was promised a maximum of 5 business days. That has gone past and my boxes are stuck at the Germiston hub. The call centre is forever busy, when I got through one I was told that they are getting someone to call me from the Germiston hub - just finished the 3rd hour waiting right now. The service is ridiculously poor and I am so disappointed by this inefficiency as I need my books urgently to study for my boards. Tracking numbers are PE ********** 41ZA and PE ********** 86ZA.
