Parcels stuck at Durmail hub for over a month.

Shipped an online purchase from Germany via DHL and paid extra for 7 day delivery, 2 days later the items are in SA (23 Dec 18) on the 10th of Jan 2019 my stuff is still stuck at Durmail hub with no comms. Sent multiple mails with my ID and the invoice attached to which I revieved no reply and tried calling however I can never get through to a call center agent despite holding for 10+ minutes nor can I get ahold of JHB int mail center or Durmail hub. Paying for fast shipping is a waste when Sapo still delays your parcels for almost 2 months.
