parcels stuck at customs.....no contact with anyone from durmail!!!

i had posted 2 parcels from the UAE in march 2018.....its now May and ive been told that my parcels are detained by Durmail. tried to get intouch with them via telecom to find out what they require for my parcels to be released but their number just rings...no-one answers....emailed them aswell but no response.

if anyone from durmail is reading this, my tracking numbers are : IJ ********** 16ZA IJ ********** 69ZA
