Parcels STUCK at 2 Different places AND STILL NO REPLY!

Parcel number RU ********** 75CH was sent out on the Jan 08, 2018 01:25 pm and landed to Witspos hub on the Feb 12, 2018 02:02 pm and got stuck till today, which makes it more than a month now and the destination is WITSPOS (HUB) . And another parcel (number R ********** 11CH is also stuck at LYNDHURST from the Feb 23, 2018 10:21 am I have never had this bad of a service , I've called about 10 times and sent 3 emails and have had no response on what is going on. I've even said ill take the time out of my day to pic it up yet no response..had I known that this is the type of service offered I would have opted for alternative shipping from reliable companies since post office is no longer a dedicated service provider I am so disappointed with the service.
