PARCELS NOT TRACKABLE

I ordered some items from over seas, needles to say never again!!!!!

The parcels was supposed to be collected from our local Post Office in Polokwane.

I have been to the post office every week called to follow up without any luck, these parcels was ordered for clients, and needles to say that they are not very happy customers at this moment.

1. It thakes the Post Office 5 weeks after they received my parcel to send me the Parcel Notice, and don't think that they mention which branch I should go to had to drive to each of the Post Offices to find out where exactly I should collect.

2. Then they scattered the parcels all over town not to the area indicated on the parcels.

3. I go to the Post Office with the Parcel Notice - guess what they cant find the parcel, two days later they find the parcel with the same Parcel Notice.

4. So there is still about 7 parcels that I need to get, guess what with the tracking numbers I was given from the supplier, the parcel cannot be tracked in South Africa.

So I go to the post office this morning, spend 1.5 hours in the post office and guess what there is 1 parcel, but the rest they cannot find, reffer me to the hub, call the hub - oh sorry mam we cannot track your parcel. I ask if it is possible for me to come and look through the parcels / parcel register to see if there is not anything for me there. No sorry mam it is most probably already sent back to the supplier.

If the post office actually paid attention to their customers maybe their finances will look better and they wont be banktrupt.
