Parcels not processed by SA Post Office

<p>Early in November 2016 two international parcels reached South Africa, RE ********** 62DE and LK ********** 96US. It took a week before the first mentioned parcel was scanned at it was sent to Customs a month after it reached South Africa. That parcel under SA tracking number RD ********** 31ZA has been with the Tshwane Hub since 21 December and that is where it still is to this day, more than 2 months after it arrived in South Africa. The second parcel has an even worse story. It has not moved an inch, i.e. it is still unscanned and has not even reached Customs. This is really not what one expects of your NATIONAL POST SERVICE. The PO should aspire to wear national or Springbok colours in their industry. Come on people! </p>
