PARCELS NOT DELIVERED STILL STUCK AT PRETORIA POST OFFICE HUB

<p>HI,</p> <p>I posted a parcel using SAPO (south africa post office ) service on the 29th of October at CENTURION post office. today is the 8th of November and the parcel status said it is still in TRANSIT from CENTUION POST OFFICE. I called SAPO customer service today 11th of November to get an update. The update was as follow:</p> <p>there is a cable theft and the parcel is still in PRETORIA POST OFFICE HUB and they dont know when will the cable issue will be resolved. I need to get back my parcel to use another company to deliver the parcel to its destination </p>
