Parcels - No Tracking

I wonder if Mavis Katjeni, Lwandile Macanda, Rodney MacKenzie are real people at SA Post Office? They cc their colleagues Bridgette Senye, Jacqualine Zwane, Sello Mpalakane, Ntombi Shabangu, Kelebogile Lekgetho, Rhulani Mthembu parcel tracking info for follow-up purposes and you never hear back from any of them. It's the same story over and over and over and over again. My goodness there seems to be NO accountability by SA Post Office for other people's property. Please at least TRY restore our faith in yourselves. PLEASE, PLEASE i ask from the bottom of my heart. If they just kept the public informed of their situation on a regular basis perhaps citizens could put up with the dilemma they in. (Whatever that may be,) Yes Covid is a good excuse, but at what point do you stop blaming Covid and get the job done like moving packages to the destinations so you can bring in money? I keep wondering if they have stopped the packages reaching the destination post offices as some Post Offices have now become the Sassa Grant collection points. Once again.... we can only guess.... because we kept in the dark....
