parcels lying at germiston hub over 3 weeks...what

What's holding up Germiston hub??? I have 7 parcels lying there for over 4 weeks now! Any explanation would be appreciated. Nothing on news about a strike, SAPO customer care can only confirm that the parcels are at the hub, no other reason given!
