Parcels lie in Hub forever

Good day<br> <br> I have never had a good experience with DURMAIL hub. My parcels always lie in the hub for 1 to 2 weeks before being moved. I have a parcel that has been lying there since 10 March.PE 817 003 039 ZA. A parcel is upposed to be shipped the next day, or at the most, 2 days later.<br> <br> I have tried phoning, but no answer either.<br> <br> Regards<br> Martinette<br> [Email Removed]
