Parcels help forever at Johannesburg International Mail centre

So my parcel has been stuck at Johannesburg international Mail center forever, I paid expedited fees for the shipment to arrive within 3 to 5 days,the shipment only took 3 days to arrive in at OR Thambo Airport , the service from our SA post office is the worst in the world. If u r planning to buy anything internationally u might never get it delivered. Who can we contact to stop this total disrespect n disregard from Johannesburg international mail center as tax payers!
