Parcels held at JIMC for over two months :(

I have two parcels from the Netherlands that, according to the tracking number, have been in RSA for more than 2 months. However, they seem to be stuck at the JIMC. these is absolute pathetic service. Oddly enough, parcels sent later through private couriers have arrived already, but the post office is failing us. Considering my desire to support the Post Office and state owned entities, this frustration is making it very hard!
