Parcels held at JIMC

The following parcels been held at the JIMC (dispatching) and everytime I call the customer call centre on *** to follow up there's no response, the line get cut off every after 5 mins. <br> <br> WD***CN - Arrived in SA on 2015-05-06 08:16:11 from China<br> WD***CN- Arrived in SA on 2015-05-06 17:10:34 from China<br> YC***YW - Arrived in SA on 2015-03-29 from Beijing<br> <br> I would like this matter sorted with urgency and will appreciate sort o feedback from the SA post office. This is unacceptable.
