Parcels Gone Missing at Waypoint after Customs Clearance

I Have tried to make contact with anyone that can help me through *** No one ever came back or even rep**** to my email, i have contacted the Post Office in my Area, but they can not communicate with me via WhatsApp or any Mobile Device on on Telkom Telephones.

I have 2 Parcels that just disappeared at the Waypoints
