PARCELS GET STUCK BY CAPE MAIL!!

My parcels are stucked by Cape Mail since 29 March 2019. I think this is bull****!!!!!!!!!. What are the people *****ing the parcels by Cape Mail? What can I do to get my parcels by them, or do they refund you because this is getting bad that people's stuff get stuck by Customs..............WE MUST DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS ****!!!!!!!!
