Parcels Dissappear

I sent 2 parcels at OR Tambo Post office to be sent to Durban 5 Dec 2022. No one knows where they disappeared to. All I have is useless tracking numbers that track the parcel leaving OR Tambo Branch, full stop. No one knows anything. I regret with all of me in trusting them with my stuff.
