Parcels delayed at customs

I have international parcels which normally takes 3 to 4 days to clear by customs that is delayed from 16-03-2014. It is now 28 day since the parcels arrived at customs and every time I request an update, the same information is send to me.....no progress.

My business depends on the Post Office and due to the delays, I'm loosing business every day.

Is there a FIFO system and how is stock controlled? How can the consumer / customer depend on a business who is inconsistent with their service.

I have more International parcels on order, but don't know if I can depend on the Post Office to get my good to the destination on time.

Who can I contact and who can support me to get this issue sorted.

Hello Lukas1969,

Your comment is noted and we are really sorry for the delayed delivery of your mailed item and for all the inconvenience suffered as a result . Customs is experiencing delays with regards to the processing of international incoming registered articles and this has resulted to most items being held at the section much longer than they should be . Currently the section is prioritising on items that were intially affected and we can assure you that your items will be delivered however the delivery process will take longer than usual.
You may contact our international mail centre on *** with your tracking details for any further updates on your package.

Regards,
Customer Service
