Parcels Being ******* Sold By SA Post Office Customs

NB: I will provide the parcel number in question upon request to a party willing to assist me.

On January 18, 2021, I ordered a parcel from overseas and it arrived in the Country on the 18th February 2021. I have been tracking this parcel almost every day. when I went onto the SA POSTOFFICE website on Monday 26 April 2021 to check my parcel's whereabouts all the tracking information was deleted. The last updated message on the website stated that 'item into sorting centre' since 24/03/2021. This parcel has now disappeared and I was referred to the Lithuania post office website which just contains the same information. I wrote to the post office customer service twice some two weeks ago and still no reply or acknowledgement. If there is someone reading here who can help me get some service from customs we will appreciate it. I am trying to fix my car so that we can sell it to pay our bond and this is what customs do to us causing our items to disappear with no explanation. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Furthermore, and what adds to our frustration some 3 weeks ago I received a call on Thursday (01/04/2021) from a very arrogant lady called Natasha and a certain gentleman called Abdul who claimed to have bought my parcel from an auction at customs demanding me to pay her R500 for the parcel which I agreed to collect on Tuesday given that it was Easter weekend. When I called Tuesday morning to arrange to pick up my parcel Natasha said she was no longer selling the parcel and she got an offer of R7000. I was left dum-struck and trying to get hold of custom's is like looking for a coin in the dark. All I have are the cell numbers of Natasha and Abdul. I tried getting help from FNB law of call they don't cover disputes with state institutions and this is how weak their policy is. I found it ******* exactly how could she (Natsah) have bought my parcel when I was not even notified of the whereabouts of my parcel which I have been tracking daily. I thus beseech anyone reading here to please help me get hold of someone sympathetic to my case at customs.
