parcels been waiting6 months at cape town hub waiting to be posted

bunch of ***** at the cape town international division my packages have been there for min 6 months without any movement.they quick to take your money.dont let me get started on getting refunds from them they should send out a notice to their branches that they will accept parcels for international shipping but will only be able to post them within a year from date of posting. none of them them know what they are doing .
