Parcell not received and no answer

I have been waiting since 17 December 2017 for my parcel. I have been receiving emails since then that it is on-route???? On-route where? Nobody is responding to my emails, nobody is picking up phones. It took just over a month to be cleared in customs. I want to know when I will be getting it? RX ********** 25DE
