Parcel with Tracking Number Disappeared

According to the Post Office tracking website my parcel was last scanned at the Capemail (Hub) as in transit at 11.18 on 08 December 2015. According to the supplier the parcel should take take 5 days to deliver but it has now been \in transit"for 14 days. Nobody at the SA Post Office is able to help me despite the fact that I have a tracking number as all they do is go onto the same website as I do. <br> <br> I have no idea what I do now or whom I should contact"""
