Parcel with SAPO for 1 month and still undelivered

<p>I ordered a parcel from overseas on the 13th of Feb 2017. According to SAPO Track & Trace, the item arrived in JHB Int Mail centre on the 22nd of Feb. Quick right? One would think I'd have my parcel by now, but no. The item took 12 working days just to be "checked in" to the same JHB Mail centre. It then took a further 5 days to get to Dbn mail centre, but I still waited patiently.......Now I'm at my wits end, the item has been updated as "in transit" at Durmail Hub on 4 different dates (15,16,17,22 of March). This is crazy, will I ever get my parcel? Everytime I check the track & Trace website, I feel like I'm given false hope. The tracking number is RT ********** 33HK</p>
