Parcel Which supposed to be in Mpumalanga 3 weeks is still at WITSPOS (HUB) - WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER

I sent a parcel on the 20th July 2018 but when I track the parcel is at WITSHUB. I sent an email to their customer service but there don't seem to bother to answer. This parcel was supposed to be delivered in Mpumalanga & the address was provided, Post Office service is the worse service ever, its like they are doing us a favour, where else we've paid for the service.
