Parcel undelivered

Good day, I've been tracking my parcel ever since I got notifications. It has arrived at the Johannesburg International Mail Centre (EMS) on the 21st of December 2019 and was scanned at the branch JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB). They gave me a local reference number when I arrived there at the gate. I've been in communication with two people from the Post Office asking me for the delivery address to assist them with tracking on the 15th of January 2020. But nothing after that. I don't understand the delay as there's no other information. Please may you assist me? Thank you.
