Parcel trying to track since last year october (international parcel)

Hi, I need your help.

CV ********** 37ZA We area still waiting for this parcel tracking information. Since last year October.

PLEASE HELP US! Track this parcel my customer paid a lot of money for these products and yet still no update.

We sent it on the 9th of October and has been a problem to trace since then.

What can you do to help. Please send to relevant department if you can not assist me. We need an answer soonest.

Im writing a complaint on hellopeter as well to see if someone can assist met. I really don’t know whom to contact anymore I have been sending email after email and no one really tells me whats going on so I can update my client.
