Parcel tracking/delivery

I've got an international parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me in brakpan. I checked the trackmyparcel site, and it shows that the parcel was in the dalview office, then the next scan shows it's on it's way BACK to the JHB Int Mail Hub. There has been no communication with me that the parcel arrived at the Dalview office before it got sent back.

I have sent an email to the SA Post office customer services and have not been contacted.
