PARCEL TRACKING - JIMC A AIR LETTERS

It's been over a month now and I have not received my item as yet. My item is at the JIMC A AIR LETTERS and there has not been any movement since 22nd of December 2022. Very poor service from the business and it's client service consultants. :(
