Parcel Tracking

Parcel Tracking End of December 2021 I ordered a package through Ali-Express, it arrived in South Africa end of January 2022 and was released from the customs on the 2-3-2022 and after phoning again today the Koster post office that is trying to assist me they still haven't received the parcel. Tried phoning more than once the main office or head office or customer service and nobody is picking up. How must you then trace your parcel, their app is also not picking my parcel up
