Parcel tracking and tracing

Cannot get to speak to a person that can check on my parcel tracking, customer.service ********** does not respond to me emails. The tracking facility for international parcel tracking did not work and today it allows me to enter the tracking number but the result is still that it left RSA on the 19Dec2017. Customer servce call ceter do not answer the telephone. Shocking this is not customer service.
