Parcel tracking

is the Post Office ever going to function as a Post Office again? I couldn't post a parcel for two months - they kept asking me to hold onto it while they coped with the backlog. How come PostNet can continue to operate so well? Now that I have sent the parcel via EMS, neither the mobile App nor the website tracking service is working!! How am I supposed to track the parcel?
