Parcel tracking

<p>A parcel that was sent to me on the 10th April 2017, is sitting in customs since 16th April 2017. It generally takes 14 days to clear but it is already the 10th May 2017. I have tracked my parcel and this is the info given:</p> <p>4/10/2017 2:46 PM Arrival at inward office of exchange JIMC A <br />4/16/2017 6:12 PM Held by customs JIMC A <br />4/16/2017 6:12 PM Item presented to import Customs JIMC A</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is there such a delay?</p>
