Parcel tracking
<p>I sent two boxes from the post office in Kuruman to Cartagena, Colombia on the 24th of February. They told me it will take about 3 months to arrive. Well it's 4 months now and there is no trace of the parcels. I sent emails to customer service on the 10th of May and I only got a response of "This item left South Africa on the 07/03 to Colombia" and I wrote back after that and since then I got no responce out of them. We also sent in a letter request at kuruman post office on the 17 of this month and also no response. I just want to find my parcels or just get an answer of where it is. </p> <p> </p> <p>The tracking numbers is CN ********** 16ZA and CN ********** 95ZA. Hope someone can help me find my parcels. Thank you. </p>
