parcel tracking

Hi<br> I've been trying to track my parcel with the sapo at first I could find the result or status of my order, but after 2 days the tracking number was invalid, how possible is this. When I track it at first it was in transit but now is nowhere to be found. I tried to phone the SAPO for no valid for the whole week, stayed on hold for an hour still for no valid.
